The Most Efficient Produced Water Treatment Technologies

Our innovative produced water treatment process uses nanobubbles —nanoscopic gas bubbles that are five thousand times smaller than a grain of sand. Oxygen or nitrogen (or a combination of these) are the gases of choice for treating produced water. We inject nanobubbles into the treatment tank via a nozzle head, where they almost immediately get to work.

Changing Gravity

When we inject our nanobubble solution into produced water, we chemically alter it from the inside out, changing the gravity of the involved fluids. This causes suspended solids to fall to the bottom and oil or gas remaining in the water to float to the top. Here, we easily skim it off.

Cleaner Produced Water

Since nanobubbles are so small, they remain in the produced water to continue working for extended periods. Over time, our innovative solution affects virtually all the oil or gas within. Not only does this lead to increased oil output, but it also creates water that is clean enough for reuse.
